Soil protection
Soil is the basis for agriculture, provides a habitat for countless organisms and filters pollutants from rainwater. Soil should therefore be protected from pollutants and compaction during construction projects. We draw up soil protection concepts for developers and advise authorities on environmental law enforcement so that the soil can fulfill its functions in the long term.
Proper handling of soil during construction
With our expertise in construction practice and soil science, we develop feasible soil protection concepts for railway construction, roads and highways, pipeline construction and hydraulic engineering. As pedological site supervisors, we implement these concepts in close cooperation with the site supervision. As we accompany construction projects as well as advising authorities and drafting enforcement guidelines for the Federal Office for Environmental Engineering, we can provide you with competent advice on all soil protection issues.
