Compensation for crop rotation areas at Zurich Airport
With crop rotation compensation (CFA), arable land lost elsewhere is compensated for and the excess soil removed from concept designs is utilized. We have already been able to plan various FFF compensation projects for Zurich Airport and support an expansion project as pedological site support.

We were responsible for the technical management of the upgrading projects realized, from the site search to project planning and aftercare. All soil upgrading projects involved additional specialist areas such as archaeology, ecology and hydraulic engineering. For the expansion project, the pedological site support was integrated into an environmental construction support mandate.
