Environmental compatibility

When large construction projects are planned, the responsible environmental authorities assess compliance with environmental law by means of an environmental impact assessment (EIA). We draw up the necessary environmental impact reports (EIR) for clients and use them to show that your project is eligible for approval. We also plan the ecological contingency measures or compensating measures for you.

Clarification of all environmental aspects from a single source

We clarify for clients at an early stage whether their project is subject to an EIA. Thanks to our interdisciplinary approach and our broad network of specialists, we can assess all aspects relevant to environmental law from a single source and document them for the authorities in an environmental note or an environmental report, depending on the size of the project. Ideally, we are involved in the project at an early stage in order to optimize the planning where appropriate as an active partner and to ensure that approval is granted. Our environmental experts work closely with the project planning engineers and have a great understanding of which environmental measures are technically and financially feasible. We are an active member of the Swiss Association of Environmental Professionals (SVU/ASEP) and have excellent contacts with the relevant authorities at the Federal Office for the Environment (FOEN) and the environmental offices of the cantons and cities.
