Fire engineering requirements have risen sharply in recent years. Whether industrial buildings with a large number of technical systems, listed event venues or busy shopping centers: our fire engineering team ensures that the protection goals are achieved in new buildings and conversions. To do this, we also think beyond the applicable fire protection guidelines.

Engineering-based fire engineering for complex issues

Currently, over 90 percent of all concept designs in Switzerland are implemented according to standard fire engineering concepts. However, more and more projects are being realized for which standard solutions are unsuitable or disproportionate. Our fire protection engineers focus on customer-specific requirements such as operational processes, architecture and cost-effectiveness and develop tailor-made, protection-oriented fire protection concepts together with the client and architects. To this end, we optimally combine structural, technical and organizational fire protection measures. Using computer simulations and real fire testing with our patented "Izar" hot smoke testing system, we prove to fire protection authorities that our individual solutions guarantee the required Safety and Security.
