The energy producer Aventron has commissioned a study to examine the feasibility of a ground-mounted photovoltaic system and a solar carport on a customer's premises.

The customer had already implemented a photovoltaics roof system with Aventron AG and wanted to additionally equip an open area and a carport above an existing parking lot with photovoltaics in order to increase its own electricity production. We carried out a feasibility study for the open space next to the industrial plant and the carport. In it, we compared a classic system with a more management-friendly vertical system.
