The use of BIM must fit the organization and the project. Our consulting services focus on how we can optimize work processes and data flows thanks to the new digital technologies: What data is needed? How should it be collected and made available to whom, when, for what purpose and in what form?

We provide you with comprehensive advice and support - from the selection of suitable technologies and the establishment of efficient BIM processes to employee training. In the project context, we work with the client to define the BIM requirements for the project in question. During the project, we take on BIM coordination, BIM management and BIM quality management as required

• Development of the strategy for the introduction of BIM in your organization: technologies, processes, standards, employee training
• Client-side BIM project management across all project phases and the entire life cycle: BIM in planning, BIM for the construction site (BIM2Field), BIM for operation (BIM4FM)
• Advising clients on BIM ordering: creating exchange information requests (EIR) and other foundations for a successful contractual relationship
• Supporting project teams in compiling the BIM execution plan (BAP)
• BIM coordination and BIM management as well as provision and operation of common data environments (CDE)
• Data management and data transfer from the project (e.g. CoBie, APIs) to databases for operation (e.g. Oracle, MS SQL Server, DB2, MS Access)
• Support for the transfer to the customer's management systems (GIS, CityGML, CAFM, etc.)
• Consulting and prototyping for innovative applications
