City of Zurich: Development of the GIS strategy
The City of Zurich's GIS competence center develops the GIS strategy on a 5-year cycle. Basler & Hofmann accompanied the strategy process up to the final consultation.

As part of the strategy process, the target achievement of the last strategy was evaluated, relevant strategies in the environment and new technology trends were assessed and the needs of the city offices with a GIS connection were recorded in workshops. The "Strategy GIS City of Zurich 2035" was created on this basis and adopted by the GIS-BIM management team following a consultation process.
