Dorothée Braun

Dipl. Geoec., M.Sc. Com., CAS Organisational Development
Head of Communication and Organisational Consulting

Dorothée Braun is an organisational and communications consultant. She supports organisations, departments and teams in determining their current position, shaping cooperation, organisational forms and processes, strategic realignment and change - always with the aim of leveraging existing potential and increasing vitality and performance.
How living systems organise themselves and interact with their environment - this question has fascinated her since she started her career. She initially studied geoecology, an interdisciplinary systems science, at the TH Karlsruhe, then worked in specialised journalism and in communications agencies with a scientific and technical focus. While working, she completed a Master's degree in Communications Management, followed by a CAS in Organisational Development (FHNW) and several in-depth training courses in systemic organisational consulting (Trigon, Simon Weber Friends, Metaplan), as a Scrum Master and in a wide range of moderation methods from discourse management to Dynamic Facilitation and Lego Serious Play. In her role as Head of Corporate Communications at Basler & Hofmann, she was responsible for numerous projects with which the company continuously developed - from the development and renewal of the brand strategy and its implementation to mission statement development and the introduction of a digital workplace. Many years of management experience complete her profile.
