Südbreite Alpnachstad: Client survey
In Alpnachstad, the new Südbreite residential quarter was built on an 8048 m² plot of land. We took over the client's surveying, including the demanding monitoring of the neighboring tracks of the Swiss Southeast Railway (SOB).

Eberli AG has built five detached houses and 34 apartments on the 8048 m² Rösslimatt site right next to Alpnachstad railway station. A particular challenge for us as the client's surveyor was monitoring the SOB facilities on the unstable lake deposit. To ensure the stability of the tracks, platforms, masts, buildings and bridges, we carried out geodetic monitoring over a length of 220 meters.
