Revision of the Zollikon general drainage plan

All sub-projects of the general drainage plan GEP were brought up to date. Based on long-term simulations, the municipality received an impact-oriented plan of measures.

Basler & Hofmann has updated all sub-projects of the General Drainage Plan (GEP) of the municipality of Zollikon from 2006 in accordance with the current requirements of the model specifications of the Association of Swiss Wastewater and Water Protection Experts (VSA). As a basis, the system cadastre and the catchment areas were revised in accordance with the current specifications of the VSA-DSS data model. At the heart of the revision was the flyover of the list calculation into a hydrodynamic calculation with the Mike+ software for the actual and forecast state. This enabled a long-term hydraulic and material simulation, on the basis of which an impact-oriented planning of measures could be carried out.
