Levitronix: Tenant fit-out at headquarters in Zurich
The global high-tech company Levitronix has moved into a further 2,500 square meters of production and logistics space at its headquarters in Zurich. As overall management, Basler & Hofmann ensured that the tenant fit-out was tailor-made and coordinated the planning, construction and commissioning, including the official approvals.

For the additional rented floor with an area of around 2,500 square meters, the company wanted a technically "lean" extension that would allow a high degree of variability and flexibility for production. In order to be able to use the space already rented quickly, the area was expanded in two stages, approved by the authorities and then handed over to the operation.
Basler & Hofmann took on the overall management of the tenant fit-out and was responsible for construction management and all coordination.
