The St. Moritz municipal council commissioned us, together with Eckhaus, to prepare a comprehensive expert witness report on the Grevas school building project. We examined the indicative space program, sustainability and alternative locations.

A broad-based advisory committee supported the expert witness. Towards the end, the question of a regionally organized upper secondary school (SEK I) came into focus. The municipality of St. Moritz showed courage and decided to prioritize the long-term strategic planning of a regional upper school before a structural solution was determined. Our expert witness provided valuable insights into the qualities of the school construction project at hand and supported the local parliament in the decision-making process.
