- Recording the actual processes of all sub-areas: Workshops with key persons, visualization of the processes
- Modeling the processes using BPMN diagrams
- Identification of all steps affected by the introduction of the new ERP
- Creation of technical reports for individual sub-areas that are heavily affected by the replacement of existing software modules and require a replacement.
