Arnaud Deillon
Project management
Arnaud Deillon knows the construction industry from different perspectives. During his apprenticeship as a metal construction designer, he received in-depth practical training in working with steel and aluminum. During his subsequent bachelor's degree in façade construction and master's degree in civil engineering at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, he studied various construction techniques and the resulting design possibilities in façade and metal construction in depth. After four years of professional experience in Stuttgart, he joined Basler & Hofmann in 2017. Arnaud Deillon has already worked on a wide variety of projects. In addition to steel construction projects in Switzerland, such as the Chenot Palace in Weggis, these also include international projects such as the steel membrane façade of the Concert Hall in Baku and the Passerelle de la Paix in Lyon. He also contributes his expertise to the wind working group of the SIA 261 standards commission and to research at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts.
I am fascinated by optimizing structures based on today's knowledge of different materials with the support of digital planning tools so that they are sustainable, functional and aesthetic.
The versatility of the company in all areas of engineering enables me, as project management, to bring together the technical expertise for interdisciplinary issues in an uncomplicated manner and to quickly develop broad-based solutions.
