Tenant fit-out at Levitronix headquarters: client representation
Levitronix, a leader in the technology of magnetically levitated bearingless motors, relocated its Technopark Zurich site to the Manufakt building in Zurich Altstetten. Offices, production areas, laboratories and clean rooms were created on around 7,590 m². We supported the tenant fit-out as the client's representative.

We supported Levitronix in carrying out the client's tasks and in the internal operation/utilization project. The project was characterized by sophisticated technical solutions and complex requirements that required the involvement of experts and highly specialized companies, for example in the field of clean room construction. One particular challenge was that the basic fit-out was largely planned and constructed separately from the tenant fit-out.
