Sustainability consulting: Raiffeisenbank residential and office building in Wettingen
Sustainability is an important concern for the Raiffeisen Group. Accordingly, Raiffeisenbank Lägern-Baregg has also set itself ambitious goals for the construction of its new headquarters with apartments in Wettingen. The aim was to achieve dual certification in accordance with Minergie-P-Eco and SNBS. Even "Gold" standard was achieved for the SNBS label. Basler & Hofmann accompanied the client on this journey.
When constructing its office building in Wettingen, Raiffeisenbank opted for dual certification in accordance with Minergie-P-Eco and the Swiss Sustainable Building Standard (SNBS) for administrative buildings. The new headquarters consists of two separate buildings and offers space for 14 apartments in addition to the bank's business and office premises. Basler & Hofmann's sustainability support enabled the project to be certified according to these two labels, with a gold certification level achieved for SNBS 2.1 structural engineering.
