The new "Wydäcker" development with 183 apartments and 475 square meters of commercial space was built in Zurich's Albisrieden district. Sustainability has a particularly high priority in "Wydäcker". The entire development is certified to the "greenproperty gold" standard.

A new development was realized on Wydäckerring in Zurich Albisrieden, consisting of new construction by the CSA and HIG investment foundations and the City of Zurich. The original development from 1973 had reached the end of its useful life and was replaced by four new buildings. In addition, the City of Zurich built three school pavilions on its share of the land. The new apartments will be occupied in stages until the end of 2023. Basler & Hofmann provided comprehensive support to the clients as the client's representative and trustee in all SIA phases.
