Feasibility study for the Reussbühl cantonal school
In order to meet the increasing space requirements of secondary schools in Lucerne, the canton commissioned us to carry out a feasibility study for the Reussbühl cantonal school.

The study proposes a new construction that offers space for 18 classes and creates replacement rooms for the St. Clemens grammar school and parts of the Alpenquai cantonal school. At the same time, the new construction should eliminate the bottleneck in gym capacity at the Reussbühl cantonal school. As part of the study, we carried out a comprehensive analysis of the current situation and detailed occupancy planning. Based on the study, we drew up the project definition and the operating concept.
