Canton Aargau: Strategy for the state forest

The state forest strategy is a central management instrument for the cantonal forestry service. The maintenance and management of the state forest is carried out by 14 forestry companies in partnership with 68 municipalities. The assignment consisted of analyzing an already completed internal review, preparing the strategy report and designing and conducting a workshop for the forestry department to compare and consolidate the content. A central element of our recommendation was the design of the strategy as a clear ownership strategy. We also developed a controlling concept to support the implementation and monitoring of the strategy.
