Andrea Puschmann
Head of Airport Engineering
Andrea Puschmann's areas of expertise include the project planning of airfields and the site management of urban civil engineering and service pipe projects. She studied civil engineering at the Bauhaus University in Weimar, Germany, specialising in structural civil engineering and geotechnical engineering. Before joining Basler & Hofmann as a project engineer in 2008, she worked for a German construction industry company as an application engineer focusing on geosynthetics and underground construction. Since 2023, Andrea Puschmann has been Head of the Airport Division at Basler & Hofmann.
Professionally, I find the close cooperation with other disciplines such as urban drainage or environmental planning very stimulating. Personally, I appreciate the flexibility in the organisation of work - this is very attractive for staff members who have families.
I like complex projects with different stakeholders and disciplines involved. It's great to be able to develop a common solution with different people.
